I only bought a trial membership. Why are you still billing me? All trial memberships/subscriptions convert to monthly memberships or subscriptions if not canceled within the specified trial period. I was given a credit. How long will it take to appear in my bank account? It may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
